Refund Policy
Pre-orders: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund before the order has shipped. After shipment, wine returns are limited by alcohol regulations and product condition (e.g. breakage in transit).
If a bottle arrives damaged, contact us promptly with photos via Contact and we will make it right where we can.
Mafia Family Membership fees are separate from wine product refunds.
